GRID-LOCK® An Innovative Structural Technology...

GRID-LOCK® is an innovative method of joining structural components with simple tongue and groove joints. The result is a structurally efficient, double-skinned, ribbed-core structure that is approximately twice as strong and stiff as a stiffened-skin or isogrid structure of equal weight.

Structurally Efficient - Comparable to honeycomb sandwich structures, yet stronger and stiffer than isogrid structures

Damage Tolerant - Exceeds that of honeycomb sandwich structures

Suppresses Structural Harmonics - Tailorable to eliminate unwanted modes
